The programme combines short thematic presentations with interactive breakout discussions to encourage exchange between scientific communities, working groups, national programmes, logistics coordinators, and other interested participants.

Following the introductory presentations and thematic overviews, participants will join breakout sessions focused on specific scientific themes and implementation challenges. These sessions are intended to facilitate discussions on observational priorities, coordination opportunities, logistical needs, data interoperability, and potential collaborations across regions and disciplines. The webinar will conclude with a summary of key discussion points and an overview of the next steps for Antarctica InSync implementation activities.
